Doll House Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy

The Doll House Monthly Membership costs $9.99 USD per month and automatically renews each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled.

You may cancel your membership at any time by signing in to your customer account, selecting Subscriptions, opening the Doll House Monthly Membership, and choosing Cancel subscription. You may also contact us through our store’s Contact page for assistance.

To avoid the next monthly charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Canceling prevents future renewal charges. Your paid Doll House access will remain available through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us so we can review the charge.

If a subscription is paused, skipped, canceled, or cannot be renewed because payment fails, paid membership access may be suspended or changed to the free membership level.

By purchasing the Doll House Monthly Membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
